    Pictures Are For Babies is offered under license by The Trane Project, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Payments, software licenses, and tax collection are handled by LemonSqueezy, which serves as the merchant of record for all transactions.

    License and Use

    Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for personal or educational purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, resell, or sublicense any part of the software or services without prior written consent. We reserve the right to revoke access for any user who violates these terms.

    • A monthly subscription grants access to all features, content, and updates for the duration of the active subscription.
    • A lifetime license grants perpetual access to all current and future content and updates for the lifetime of the product.
    • A free license provides access to a limited set of courses for evaluation and personal use. It does not expire, but features may be limited.

    Intellectual Property

    All content, code, curriculum materials, and designs are the property of The Trane Project, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No part of the software may be used outside the bounds of the license granted without explicit permission.

    Privacy Policy

    Pictures Are For Babies does not collect personal information. The software runs entirely offline, except for periodic license verification. Student progress is stored locally and remains anonymous.

    All purchases, license management, and tax handling are managed by LemonSqueezy, our authorized payment provider and merchant of record. Their terms and privacy policies apply to all payment-related matters. Please visit their terms and privacy pages for full details.

    Refund Policy

    • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through LemonSqueezy. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. You can request a refund for the current month within 3 days of the latest billing date.
    • Lifetime licenses may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Trane Project, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. The software is provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

    Modifications

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
